In light of the outbreak of COVID-19, IVANNOVATION Language Management’s translators and project managers are now working remotely. We have closed our offices in Greenville, South Carolina until at least the beginning of April, but we continue to provide translation services as usual.

We’re glad to say that, with IVANNOVATION’S top-notch network of translators around the world, who themselves are already fully set up to work from home, we are extremely well-equipped to continue to maintain the highest level of service in spite of quarantine measures.

Therefore, we can continue to provide all types of translation services. We are moving forward on completing our current ongoing translation and localization projects, and we also continue to welcome new translation projects.

We especially look forward to helping those who require translations in relation to the current upheaval due to the Coronavirus. We are ready to help with challenging tasks in which translation is needed.

The only change in our services relates to the delivery of notarized certified translations of personal documents, especially regarding translations for the SC-DMV that require the SC DMV form 4030. At this time and until we have reopened our offices, we will not be providing physically signed and notarized certified translations or SC DMV form 4030s.

Until we reopen our offices, we will provide all services remotely and digitally. Any personal document translations with a certification document will be digitally signed and sent as a PDF. This includes the SC DMV form 4030, which we will fill out, sign, scan, and send as a PDF.

Besides this one limitation, IVANNOVATION Language Management remains open to all its clients to provide high-quality translation services.

Please reach out to us any time with your questions, requests, or comments via email or by using the form on our Contact Us page.

From the whole team at IVANNOVATION Language Management, we offer our best wishes and good hopes that you—our customers and friends—will remain safe and healthy during this time.
